We're a Sydney-based team that saw the same problem over and over: good tradies and service businesses losing jobs because they couldn't answer the phone while working. Nexwin started in a Sydney garage in 2022, founded by two experienced AI and software engineers. We began with a simple website chatbot, grew that into a full AI chatbot, and then built N-Voice — now our flagship product.
